Features
1. Rigid structure design, Profiled steel frame construction with purpose built corner and center posts. Pre-painted exterior panels, Galvanized steel cabinet, bonderized and finished with baked enamel (SS316 construction and coatings also available). Galvanized steel or polyester coated galvanized steel or stainless steel internal panels suitable for long term salt environment protection. Panels with 50mm thick thermal insulation. The special panel design and frame detail eliminates the chance of condensation forming in the panels.
2. Belt drive High-efficiency centrifugal low noise fans, mounted on vibration isolators with low transmission factor. Centrifugal blower motor and pulley combinations available to meet any application. Fans for Explosion proof equipment with spark-proof construction design. Fans removable from the side.
3. Bitzer (Carley) screw compressors or Danfoss (Copeland) scroll compressors are applied. With internal overload protection. Screw compressor with spring isolators with automatically reversible oil pump and unloading for superior part-load performance.
4. Axial condensing fans & direct drive enclosed motors with permanently lubricated bearings. With ATEX Certified or IECEx.
5. Coil : Copper tube/copper fin (Hydrophilic aluminum fin) condenser coils and evaporator coils with mechanically bonded plate fins and sub cooling circuits. E-coating and Blygold painting as optional for further protection. Cooling coils with integrated marine stainless steel double drain pan and plastic or stainless steel droplet eliminator. Moisture eliminator after the cooling coil easily removable.
6. Innovative non-corrosive composite condensate pan design with SS316L material, side or center drain.
7. Main components like thermal expansion valve, oil-level sight glass, filter drier, liquid line solenoid valve as standard refrigeration components, compressor suction service valves and liquid shutoff valves, etc for easier maintenance purpose.
8. Low pressure & high pressure safety switches (transmitters as optional). Low suction & super heat protection.
9. Corrosion resistance filter frames, with SS316L material or GI as standard. Filters easily removable.
10. Control terminal board offers intelligent safety protection, simple safety circuit troubleshooting and simplified control box arrangement.
11. Easy maintenance, various inspection options with generously sized clear opening access doors.
